    MY MISSION

Since 2016, when I first discovered the confidence that results from working out, fueling the body with nutritional foods, and putting health first - I found a deep passion to coach other men and women on their fitness journeys.

My goal is to help people achieve life-changing results while teaching them to enjoy the process of building healthy habits that they will use, not only for a short period of time, but for life.

Whether you are looking to lose weight, build strength, sculpt your body, live longer, or maintain a healthy lifestyle - there is no better feeling than discovering that inner strength and confidence that you never knew existed.

That is what I am here for! To bring out that work ethic that has always been there but hasn’t been utilized. I truly believe that every human being has an extra level that they haven’t gone to yet. Let me help you LEVEL UP!

MY FITNESS JOURNEY

I wasn’t born with the best genetics, but I have always had a strong work ethic especially when it comes to athletics. I started playing sports as soon as I could walk and I immediately fell in love with basketball, baseball, and football. If I didn’t have a ball in my hand, I was more than likely wearing some type of jersey or sports attire. However, I wasn’t always in love with physical fitness and nutrition.

In every sport I played, my least favorite part of practice was conditioning. I would complain about having to run laps, sprints, drills, etc. When I went to high school and played football, I was forced to lift weights. I will admit, I did whatever I could to either make the time go by or to get out of workouts. I also was a big fan of fast food and candy. I wasn’t out of shape but I was also still growing into my body. That all came crashing down on me during my senior year. I quit football and maintained my bad eating habits while not working out. I put on 50 lbs and looked at myself in the mirror one day and decided there needed to be a change.

I tried talking my mom into buying me “diet pills” because I was lazy and thought that was the way to lose weight due to all the marketing and commercials I saw on a daily basis. Being the loving mother that she is, she denied my request. However, she did buy me a gym membership to the local recreational center. I went to the gym every day to either play basketball with my friends or to use some form of cardio equipment. I dropped 35 lbs just in time for my senior photos

In 2009, I first started lifting weights because my college buddy, Jesse, asked me if I wanted to go with him. I was bored and decided to take him up on the offer. I fell in love with the weights that day and bought a membership shortly after. I realized how much I love the gym culture and wanted to learn everything I could about fitness. I was first just going in the gym every day having fun but then I realized that my results weren’t as great as I thought they would be. Then I heard a quote that has stayed with me until this day - “You can’t out train a bad diet”.

I cut out all the fast food and kept it simple with chicken, brown rice, and broccoli. That worked for a while but my body and mind needed a change. My body needed more nutrients and my mind needed more variety. This is when I discovered that you can have balance in your life as long as you stay CONSISTENT.

I have learned so much these past 15 years and it is time for me to help others with their goals. I want to see everyone succeed and to live their BEST LIFE! You deserve to know your self worth. I didn’t think I could change the course of my life, but I did and I know you can to!

MY CREDENTIALS/EDUCATION

I graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelors Degree in Communications in 2012. I then went on to obtain my Masters Degree in Business Administration from Walsh College in 2016. I then decided to follow my childhood dream and enrolled in Professional Wrestling school in 2019. I wrestled all around the United States and Canada for four years before deciding that I wanted to dedicate my time fully to fitness and nutrition. I won my pro card in Natural (Drug-Tested) Bodybuilding in April 2024. I am currently enrolled through the National Personal Training Institute where I will be graduating in April 2025 with a diploma in Personal Training, Nutritionist Certification, and NASM-CPT.
