Every meal plan I make is 100% customized for the individual! You will never see me give the same meal plan to two different people. Everybody is different due to metabolism, activity levels, schedule, goals, allergies, food sensitivities, genetics, etc.
The meal plan will include:
7 days with 4-6 meals for each day
Macro breakdown of each meal
Alternate food sources for proteins, carbs, and fats
Tips for cooking meals
Supplement recommendations
In-person or web call to fully explain the meal plan and why it has been structured that way

Just like the meal plans, every workout plan I make is 100% customized for the individual. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, increase stability, or raise endurance levels, the plan will be targeted around YOUR goals! Let’s create that physique that you’ve always wanted!
The workout plan will include:
A training split that works for YOUR schedule
An explanation of each workout
Each workout will be unique with zero duplicate days
Pre/Intra/Post Workout recommendations
Cardio routine that targets what your fitness goals are
In-person or web call to fully explain the workout plan and to answer any questions you may have regarding the plan

After working with me, you will be fully confident in yourself and conquering your goals! The 1:1 Coaching is a 3 month minimum commitment. After the 3 months are over, you can add on more time for a discounted rate!
